The Dr. Go arc A fat mad scientist captures you, turns you into a cyborg, and demands you to take over the world. You say no and now his best creations are out to get you. and it all happened in one lousy day.
I may have gotten a bit fixated on drawing these little "marshmallowified" versions of the Gobots today
It started when I was doodling at work and I decided to simplify and squish Cop-tur's proportions down for fun, and then naturally the concept caught on and I wanted to squish down every one of them!

12 hours from Boarding.
Bags are being packed, checklists are being checked, and naps are hopefully being taken because in about 8 hours the team will be departing from Southside Fellowship and heading to Charlotte to catch our flight that leaves at 5:30 am.
We had our last team meeting last night over dinner at the Murphy's house and the team seems very excited to head to the DR. We are so grateful for all of our supporters who have made it possible for us to make this adventure. God has always given us exactly what He knows we need and we cannot express our gratitude enough for your support.
Our hope is that as you follow this blog you are able to catch a glimpse at what God is doing around the world He designed and for this short time what He is specifically doing in Dominican Republic. Please pray for our team, that our health would be stable and that our attitudes would reflect the love of Jesus that has been given to us. Also, please pray for those whom we will be ministering alongside and for those who we will be caring for.
Everyday, members of our team will draw a daily challenge out of a hat. This challenge could be anything from praying every hour to reading the book of Matthew to memorizing a chapter of the bible in a day. For some, these challenges can be more difficult to accomplish than they may seem. We will be hard at work each morning and afternoon and this kind of work in this heat can be very tiring. However, our prayer is that in our physical weakness we would be made strong through the power of the Spirit that dwells in us. Pray with us as our Lord stretches us and uses us for His Kingdom.
A song that we sing at Resonate just says these simple words:
"I lean not on my own understanding, my life is in the hands of the maker of Heaven. I give it all to You God, trusting that You'll make something beautiful out of me." We look forward to sharing the stories. -Josh
