CUAD being very angry about people honoring the memory of Dr. Ruth, the famous sex-therapist and media personality.

As a child, Dr. Ruth was the only person in her entire family to escape the Nazis. At 17, she immigrated to British Mandatory Palestine because there was a supportive Jewish community there ready to welcome her.

At just 4 feet 7 inches tall, she was trained as a Sniper for the Hagana and was stationed in Jerusalem (where she lived) during the 1948 siege. She was injured by a cannonball that killed two other women. Notably, she never even killed anyone.

So why does CUAD hate her so much?

Honoring the incredible Dr. Ruth Westheimer, whose legacy of love, wisdom, and resilience deeply touched Jewish and non-Jewish people around the world.

Before she became the world's foremost sex therapist, Dr. Ruth Westheimer (@AskDrRuth) was a freedom fighter and IDF sniper, who fought in Israel's War of Independence in 1948.

America's sex therapist dead at 96.

Dr. Ruth Westheimer, the famous sex therapist and media personality, has passed away at the age of 96.

Westheimer died on Friday surrounded by her family in New York City, according to her publicist. 

Known for her frank discussions of sexual topics and amusing candor, Westheimer has appeared on numerous late-night talk shows and authored multiple best-selling books.

Shelley Duvall did a spectacular job in Popeye, endeared many young people with Faerie Tale Theatre, and was candid about her battles with mental health.

Richard Simmons was true to himself and helped many people adopt diet and exercise to lose weight, and if you ever saw his TV show... it was really well-done.

Dr. Ruth Westheimer spoke frankly about sex and taught people that they should be free to enjoy themselves. I admit liking Susan Johanson more but I can't downplay Dr. Ruth's honesty.
