Med updates

Well. Finally discussed the fact that i thi k i have DID/OSDD with my psychiatrist. He didnt straight up tell me i was making it up but he put me on a medication for psychosis so...

So now im on Latuda 40mg, Lamotrigine 150mg, and hes having me use Trazadone to sleep... adventures...

Apparently i lost 30 pounds in 3 months? !?

Doesn't seem normal....

Here at dr.'s office w/ hubby.

It's been at least a YEAR since he called in sick so I had to pay $175 to take him to the dr. Which is utter bullshit.

He has what I had for a month.

My chest Stull hurts when I sneeze.

After delivering her four years about whether or want not I wanted to be on more medication I finally broke down and asked the doctor to prescribe me something for my ADD.

After I get my blood work in 2 weeks I will finally be prescribed something. For better or worse I'm going to try it and see if it helps me focus and be better at work.

I also told the doctor what horrible lower back pain I have had lately. I know this is from a lifetime of scoliosis and not only a bad fall about 8 years ago but being tackled by two fourth grade boys when I was trying to stop a fight 6 years ago. Add to the standing on my feet for 10 hours a day while teaching and by the end of the day I can barely move. But my pride has been such that for some reason I have never brought it up to the doctor until today.

He is ordering me some type of high quality back brace that he is hoping insurance will pay for. I have used over the counter back braces before and they work pretty well at first but then they tend to wear out or get uncomfortable rather quickly.

So here is my gold star for finally stepping up and being honest with my doctor rather than just past the leasing everything is fine.
