Met with my psychiatrist for the first time, he says he isnt going to do any diagnostics on the first meeting but wants to start treating for symptoms. He hs prescribed me Lamotrigine and ill be slowly easing into a 100mg per day over the next month and a half.

He also said i showed clear signs of PTSD, but he didn't want to start too many medications at once because it could make it worse if my body isnt used to them.

I have my first apt with the therapist tomorrow and I'll give you an update then too.

So the other day I was sick so I went to urgent care, while I was there the Doctor asked me the routine question if I was on birth control. I answered no and she got a displeased look on her face and, then asked me if I was sexually active. Now I'm single AF so I was just honest with her and, said Uh no I haven't been sexually active in a while regardless how I feel about it. She just laughed.

First, I hope EVERYONE had a awesome holiday and ate so much goodies that you totally feel like a piggy. I know I did. Although my resolution will be to loose 10 pounds. *wish me luck*

Anyway I just wanted to give you guys a head up...

Today I am working on my gif queue for next week because ,not only will there be FAMILY stuff that will be happening...I have to go to doctors appointments. A necessary evil when you have a chronic illness..but its just a check up so...DONT PANIC.

So with this being said...My posts will be few,and at really weird times. I hope everyone will have a really good week and that the up coming new year will bring them fantastic opportunities!

Little man is 4lbs 15 ounces so far. Hes in the 30th percentile for me being 35 weeks. The dr says everything looks good and he seems really healthy. I go back in three weeks for them to see him again. Still do a BPP every thursday. My GD seems to be in check but wont know if I need medicine till tomarrow. Last tuesday and wednesday I had to get celestone shots. Steroids to help his lungs develope in case of preterm labor. Hes dropped majorly and isnt high up anymore. Im not dialated much, just a finger tip. Today makes 35 weeks. Five more or less to go. Im so ready for him to just be here.

weird thing to share but I just got home from the doctor's and my suspicions about having pcos have kinda been confirmed?? Got half the blood in my body taken out at the lab and I'm getting an ultrasound so see how fucked up my ovaries are. Ehhhh at least I finally have answers.
