Never a dull moment in my life, in or outside of the hospital. You can probably find me doing stupid shit for fun outside of work, that will probably land me back in PTMC… except as a patient.

I retired from being on the track, but that never stopped me from having fun. I put down my helmet and picked up a stethoscope. Currently, I’m a Pediatric Fellow at PTMC.

Full Name: Daniel Moretti (Close friends and family call me Ricci after my track name.)

Age: 32

Retired from Formula 1 as of 2023, I only managed to secure a reserve driver position for Red Bull.

I was Pre-Med before racing took over my life. I’m one of the few drivers who never dropped out of school to pursue a career in racing.

Personality: I thrive in chaotic environments. I apply the same level of concentration as driving in circuit races to each pediatric patient I encounter. People have remarked on my uncanny calmness in the most uncomfortable situations. If you witnessed the weight training required to withstand the g-forces of a circuit race, you’d comprehend my resilience. I push myself into discomfort to build the strength to endure anything.

Administration views him as a wildcard, However Chief of Pediatrics and the senior staff on the unit tolerate him because his Press Ganey scores are unmatched.

He secretly keeps his racing gloves in his hospital locker for good luck.

Looks: Daniel is covered with tattoos, most you cannot see when he’s in uniform besides a couple on his arms and hands. He wields tired eyes but an infectious laugh and smile.
