        A scientist onboard Shiki’s crew, Dr. Indigo is dressed like a clown and wears very loud shoes. Despite having superfluous speaking skills, he will often attempt to convey a message in a charades like manner. His scarf is always very stiff and makes me worried that he got it soaked in something sticky. In the film Strong World, he can use chemicals to create fireballs, and he has also evolved many animals into far fiercer beasts.
