one of his best fits
None can look good in every style like him.
Been on a mission to watch all the one piece movies and Strong world is one of my favorites.
Nami was SO GORGEOUS in it and I had to make her Masc version GORGEOUS too!!
Usopp Deserves His Movie and I Will Die on This Hill
I still fully believe with my whole heart that Usopp deserves his own movie. Like, one that’s actually centered on him. But I do think Robin and Zoro could have something cool too, either stylistically or character wise. Imagine Robin’s pre–Straw Hat days told in a Ghost in the Shell noir kind of way, showing that tension between her survivalist side and the part of her that just wanted to belong.
And Zoro? I think something like Sword of the Stranger or Samurai Champloo fits him so well. Maybe a story where he’s a ronin bodyguard helping someone cross an island. It could be during his bounty hunter days or during the two year training with Mihawk. That would be the perfect time to give him more depth while still staying true to who he is.
But anyway. Usopp’s movie would still slap the hardest. Because his story has so much room to breathe. You could bring in new lore, expand his character, and take him in directions that would make people stop pretending it’s not canon. And he’s the easiest to market if you actually think about it. From five years old and up, who wouldn’t be inspired by Usopp? Especially if it was something like One Piece Film: Sniper Island. Bring back the Sogeking mask, the theme song, the imagery, nods to the saga that started it all, maybe even a big Yasopp cameo.
Then imagine it. A villain made just for him. And since Luffy’s the main character, he’d probably still get involved somehow, maybe taking on the second big bad. From teaser to soundtrack to trailer to trivia, I’d lose my mind. Even if it flopped at the box office, I’d rewatch it over and over again.
And I can totally see how it would go down too. The announcement drops that a One Piece character is getting a solo movie. Everyone’s guessing Akainu or Koby. Then the teaser shows Usopp’s slingshot and people go, “Oh, it’s just another Straw Hat movie.” And then the full trailer drops and it’s actually Usopp-centric. Twitter and Reddit go feral. Haters deny it. Then the release date drops. People say it’s Japan only. Then boom. North America release.
And of course people would still be like, “He didn’t deserve it,” or, “It wasn’t that good,” but honestly? If it flopped, it’d only be because it was way ahead of its time. Critics would come back years later and call it iconic.
A girl can dream. Okay. Done daydreaming.
'hm? oh yeah ofc my internal compass led us to u'
Blake: (Picks up recorder, Presses play)
"I'm sorry I left without saying a word to you guys..."
Yang: That's Jaune!
"I've decided to join up with Cinder's team. She's the Fall Maiden, and a far more powerful fighter than you could ever hope to be."
Ruby: (Walks away)
"Even if you did challenge her for me, you'd all just be killed for nothing."
Ruby: (Grabs rock, Throws it)
"So I'll say this much..."
WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!
Weiss: Ru- Ruby, calm down!
Ruby: We have no chance against her?! Did he really just say that?!
Ren: No, he didn't say that.
Nora: Didn't she kick our butts, though?
Ruby: W- What?! No! I mean, we- We didn't lose! I mean, I didn't lose!
Yang: Ruby, would you just settle down?!
Ren: ...Blake, could you play it again?
Blake: Huh? Uh... Okay? (Plays)

I can't believe I forgot that when Shiki gets sarcastic about Nami when Luffy asks about her and those flops laugh, we only see the monster trio's reaction. I'm not okay, thanks for asking.
