If I look tired it's cuz I woke up late this morning and first thing I see is that Doctor Lisa would be in town showing off the new Fresh dolls! I had to run down and say Halloooooo

This is an extremely old character that I don't plan on bringing back. I made her as the smarter, younger sibling of Dr. Eggman (because I couldn't have just made her an unrelated person to him according to younger me), who fought Sassy. I never really updated her before as I made her just so Sassy had someone to fight like Sonic does. Her original design has horribly made wavy hair in front of one eye and the rest looks liked Amy with different colors. Yup, I never actually made her what she looked liked as a human, but the story was always "She got into an accident and turned into a mobian." The left side is the original color scheme while the right side is made to show that Eggman and her were siblings. Decided to make her into a hairless cat seeing that makes more sense than her randomly getting fur. So, what am I doing with her now? I think I'll use her as a more background character that affects my other characters, such as Sarah, Sugar, and Vinnie. With those three, she'll be the scientist that worked at G.U.N. and wished to figure out if humans and mobians had the same ancestry and if you could manipulate that DNA to giving humans mobians/animals abilities, i.e. a cat's night vision or agility. That project would most likely result in her turning to a mobian. She would also do other projects that affects some of my other characters both as human and mobian. Lisa is no longer related to Eggman, and I think I'll keep with the original color scheme (she probs died her hair). She's also desist now, no particular reason besides I think that's better than her being alive and well.

BOS Benefit Raffle & Art Presale
by Ruth Nineke
Despite the dreary weather Sunday night's Arts In Bushwick BOS Benefit at Grace Exhibition Space at 840 Broadway drew a remarkable turnout. With more than 100 guests, and featuring the works of over 50 neighborhood artists, the event was delightful precursor for this year's festival weekend.
Various pieces – ranging in style and medium from ink to painting, collage, sculpture, and laser-print – were raffled off at $60 a ticket. The raffle portion of the evening kicked off at 8:00 and was announced by the incomparable, Dr. Lisa. Nearly every work sold, and several enthusiastic and generous patrons picked up their very own Limited Edition “Bushwick Map 2013” signed by the artist, Loren Munk.
Featured artists in attendance included Charles Laib Bitton - whose ink illustrations explore balance and dimension (pictured above; photo courtesy the artist); designer Sessa Englund – whose paintings address conflicting emotion by way of textures; Olivia L. Barr – whose two part series on love letters includes her grandfather’s writings to her grandmother printed by laser onto cloth; and Dean KindAndGenerous – a tattoo artist who practices on pig skins, and preserves them in resin.
Also in attendance were ritualist Emily Tepper, digital artist Makeba Laurent Van Noten, and BOS organizers Holly Shen Chaves, Samantha Katz, Lauren Ann Smith and Lucia Rollow.
The event was sponsored by Supreme Digital, with catering services provided by Citizen Mominette, and refreshments from Brooklyn Brewery and Big Tree Bottles.
