Dr. Sun may come off as rude, but in reality, he's just tired of seeing the Sole Survivor come back with such bad wounds. He tries to lecture them, but after a while, he would just slip a stimpack with a note that says "Stay safe out there. -Dr. S" into their bag and send them on their way.
