The Todd is best known for his womanizing, terrible innuendo, and high fives. However, speculation about his sexuality is rife within the hospital. 

At one point he confides that he has had a threesome "and not the cool kind", meaning that it was two men and a woman. He also says that he appreciates "hot" regardless of gender. When the janitor finally just asks him about his sexuality, he responds, "I'm the Todd".

I actually can't wait for Vanessa/Dr Todd because there's been such a lesbian romance/affair draught. It would be extra fun if Dr Todd's wife was DS Walsh lmao but Emmerdale writers don't like me enough. Whatever it is I'm excited.
