You ever think about how ABSOLUTELY terrifying the Geniuses in Dragonball are?
Lets start with Dr.Briefs
Seems like a sweet old man right?
What if I told you this man found a way to DEFY PHYSICS ITSELF!
He made physics HIS BITCH!
He created Capsulecorp. A company that is able to make anything transportable in small capsules, Dynocap Capsules.
This can transport anything, from cars, houses, labs, tankers of water, Missle launchers, tanks, SPACE SHIPS, Time machines and more! All of which can be carried in one's own pocket or in a small box. And not just like an empty house or car. It is FULLY FURNISHED HOUSE WITH AC, HEAT, AND MORE!
It is technology so useful that everyone on earth uses it! Think about the ingenuity! Moving becomes a breeze, congestion of cars is a thing of the past! This solves the over crowding issue! And we know that EVERYTHING inside the capsule is perfectly preserved! Fridges of fresh food, water that traveled thousands of miles. Dr. Briefs has all but revolutionized the world with his technology. (Elon WISHES he could)
And lets not forget his work on Space travel, he reverse engineered a space ship within a month. The ship that Bulma and the others took (after fixing it up) 34 days to get to namek, The ship Dr.Briefs built had Goku at Namek within 6 days. and had a FUNCTIONING gravity chamber that went up to 100x gravity. Being able to generate that amount of force while ALSO making a fully functioning spaceship is crazy work.
He later even makes a chamber that went up to 500x gravity. For vegeta to train in.
While its unknown if he had a hand in it, it is likely that a version of him assisted in the creation of the Time Machine that Trunks used.
There is also the fact that Briefs helped Bulma repair the Red Ribbon android 16, and helped bulma create a control that could turn off the androids, after only seeing their schematics within a period of 20 hours.
The point being Dr.Briefs is crazy smart, but what is even more nuts, is that he isnt even the smartest person.
(Though he is canonically the richest on earth)
Next let go to Dr. Gero
It should be noted that with data that he attained from observing Goku's battles (all the way up to Goku vs Vegeta the first battle). He was able to create android 16, cyborg 17, cyborg 18, Android 19, and an android body for himself. All of which FAR surpassed Frieza. Now to those that dont know, Vegeta had a power level of around 18,000 at the time. The fact that Gero created androids that saw that power and so thoroughly surpassed Frieza, a being with a power level of 120,000,000 (at that time) Is insane!
And we know that 19 and 20 (the body he used for himself) were using the inferior models of energy (using absorbtion as opposed to the unlimited energy engines)
I should point this out, 18 and 17 both said that they have UNLIMITED ENERGY, they will never run out of energy. We know that they state it several times, some saying its unlimited stamina, but if this is true. Dr.Gero has found a way to make UNLIMITED ENERGY. That alone would revolutionize the world, and defies logic.
It should be noted 17 and 18 are cyborgs or Jinzōningen Meaning they were once humans. According to data books and interviews. 17 and 18 were runaway teens that Dr.Gero kidnapped and then turned INTO cyborgs. Meaning they were ordinary humans that got Upgraded to the point of making super saiyans like trunks and vegeta look like NOTHING (at the time).
And if super upscaling is to be believed, they go strong enough to be universal threats, not to mention they dont age. He upgraded humanity to FUNCTIONAL IMMORTALITY!
And later, Cell, which was being developed passively (due to his death), was created with the dna of the Earth's most powerful warriors, as well as King Cold and Frieza.
Cell also was functionally immortal, could regenerate from nearly any injury, and was so powerful, only gohan at super saiyan 2 (a level that far out classes the regular super saiyan form) its astounding.
And this was a version of cell only being worked on by a super computer Gero made, now its implied Gero had SOME help from his wife Vomi, but to the extent she help make the androids is unknown. But she deserves a shout out
(also the fact Gero somehow pulled her is impressive)
I should note that all of this that Gero did, was payback against Goku, (who likely killed Gero's son, Gevo (who 16 is based off of) while fighting the red ribbon army)
Its crazy work, and imagine if Gero actually had access to some space tech, or worked together with Dr.Briefs.
Okay, next on the list.
Bulma
A woman that is every bit as smart as her father Dr.Briefs.
She created the Dragon radar, she fixed and improved Alien technology she had never seen before.
She can pilot ANYTHING.
One version of her created a Time Machine from scraps
She created a fuel source that is so potent it allows for the time machine TO travel through time. And she can make enough to fill a tank for a DAY when not in a world depleted of resources.
She created the remote that could turn off the androids. She fixed up ships that could go in the demon realm.
She reverse engineered an ancient namekian ship.
She created a radar to track PLANET SIZED DRAGONBALLS that can locate them ANYWHERE in the 6th and 7th UNIVERSE.
Let me repeat that MULTIVERSE TRACKING.
In GT, she created the blutz wave cannon that helped Vegeta achieve the Oozaru transformation when he didnt have a tail.
Bulma is also said to have made several other ships, repaired other space crafts, make communication devices that are INTER PLANETARY.
Bulma's intellect is the reason she is considered one of the smartest people in ALL OF ANIME.
But now lets get to Dr.Hedo
Said to have intellect that exceeds Dr.Gero. He got an MD and PHD at a very young age. His knowledge of Biology and medicine is said to be second to none.
Without resources, he managed to turn corpses into androids that could fight trunks and Goten. His beta series were more robotic and were able to give Goten a trunks a better fight. (thats with very little money, and almost zero data)
When obtaining resources from the Red Ribbon. Within a few months and data that they had from (future trunks vs Frieza) along with what they could scrape from Dr.Gero's lab. While creating Cell max, Dr.Hedo made Gamma 1 and Gamma 2.
Gamma 2 mopped the floor with Piccolo, who stated out right that the android was on par with CURRENT Goku and Vegeta. The ones that had attained and mastered Super Saiyan blue, and were working on Ultra instinct and Ultra Ego. (at the very least Blue)
And neither of them would have been able to hold a candle to Cell max.
Hedo did this with a COUPLE OF MONTHS! And its implied if Cell max was mentally complete, NO ONE would have been able to stop him.
Not even Gohan Beast, orange piccolo, etc.
On the side, he also made himself bullet proof, electricity proof, and massively resistant to impacts. He basically gave himself Luke Cage powers ON THE SIDE!
I should also mention that he made Cell max with little interest, imagine if he was ACTUALLY passionate about it.
Hedo made the strongest androids, imagine if he made a DELTA android. Or Omega?!
The power of the androids he would make would be insane.
