He’s not very good, but what he lacks in skill, he makes up with enthusiasm

Like he’ll try to make sure you aren’t overworking yourself and have time to rest.
He’ll say this after waking up at dawn and not talking a single, proper break since he was dressed.
Hopefully you know to take breaks and that its okay to do nothing, because he doesn’t and he really needs help with that balance in his personal life.
He’ll have water or Gatorade ready for you at all times.
