Ruby's Birthday bellyache

I Promised him a cake and oh boy do I deliver!, Whipping a deceptively dense birthday cake that's had more ingredients then what the recipe called for!

Here we see ruby with a terrible indigestion resting against a container of goo (that the contents are very much stirred from the vibrations),  his belly throwing such a fit as it tries to deal with the complicated confection

The nearest monitors to him displaying vital information on his cranky guts as it struggles to make sense of its meal!~
