I had a buddy whose dad got a tattoo like this one back in 1970. It was apparently a somewhat popular design in some areas at the time. If you don't care for profanity you can replace it with "frag out!" (That's what you say when you throw a grenade. You only yell "grenade!" for inbound ones.)
