They have some specific royal clothes like their mama

Frisk's is pretty normal, blue and pink.

Chara's is mainly black with red details, she will also execute you if the words 'fell' and/or 'under' are utered within 99ft of her, and she will know.

Asriel's has vine stitches.

...If it's Predisignation then why did Asriel only clean the floor and not the pants? Was it intentional to get Frisk to admit something(tm) already or was there a limitation to the spell? Can it not be used too near to a living being?

That was more of a Prestidigitation-adjacent spell. Burn away the unclean bits, and he has good control over it, but it can't do everything the actual spell can... And not recommended on living creatures without fire resistance.

Maybe call it a limitation of his version, not of the true spell as Monster citizens would use to purify their water.

Yes, Frisk and Chara still have their Determination and Reset abilities. They're somewhat dulled through the use of the Determination Extractor for that sweet P O W E R and functionally infinite energy, but they recover quick, especially since they (in essence) only have to deal with a third of the Soul being energized at once.
