In this au people have a Daemon that reflects their soul, there are extremely rare case where people of Valyrian descend can have two Daemons.
Dunk has two Daemons: Hydrangea (moose) and Dahlia (cat). (He’s a dragons seed, he’s got like a drop of Valyrian blood)

Au: everything goes as canon until the trial, when Dunk met Baelor he only had Dahlia with him because Hydrangea wouldn’t have fit comfortably inside the castle, so the trial is when the Targs find out that Dunk has two Daemons, Daemons can participate in battle if they choose, and both of Dunk’s daemons participate, don’t be fooled by Dahlia’s size, she’s Dunk’s class rage and feralness, she’s Dunk of Flea Bottom, she’s going for the eyes while Hydrangea tramples people.
The trial is won by Dunk and Baelor doesn’t die, he’s quite taken by Dunk, even more when he sees his daemon, Ignis, a Komodo dragon, get along with Dahlia and Hydrangea. (I’m in the process of drawing Baelor and Ignis)
This is a spearhedge au, Dunk is going to take Egg as a squire, but later on he will live in the keep with Baelor as his sworn shield. Perks of having two Daemons is the ability to not feel pain when Dunk’s daemons touch others, and to not cause pain by touching other’s daemons, because if this, every once in a while, one can see Dunk carrying Ignis around like a baby (because Dunk is a furnace and Ignis is a lizard) or Baelor having Dahlia on his shoulders during council meetings (she’s gonna slap class consciousness in him if it’s the last thing she does).
Maekar employs Dunk’s help to make sure his brother actually sleeps instead of spending the night working, Dunk has been seen carrying a sleepy but grumbling Baelor to his rooms, followed by Hydrangea with Ignis laid on her back and Dahlia sitting on him.

As much as I love Dunk being a regular person I as thinking if he were able to ride a dragon how related to House Targaryen would he be? And then it hit me. What if he was the descendant of Gael Targaryen from her “stillborn” son that wasn’t actually stillborn?
The timeline matches up I think.
Or possibly that Dunk is a dragon seed of Aegon the Unworthy?
I just want Dunk to accidentally bring dragons back early and Daenerys not have to go through so much pain.
