💔 Least favorite ship you have written about?
Noctis/Prompto aka Promptis lol. I don't hate the ship at all, I can in fact read/write it when it aligns with my particular tastes, but it's not a ship I'm too bothered about. Even though my very first FFXV fic was a Promptis fic lmaoooooo
Angsty answer: hardest fic to write that has been posted has gotta be The Price (noncon tw). Not just because it's such a heavy subject, but writing the emotional reactions to that sort of thing is just as hard. I remember I had to take several breaks writing that one haha.
Frustrated feral answer: my wip nemo because it won't stop growing and adding in more details and stuff happening and it won't cooperate properly with me LIKE JUST FINISH ALREADY. JUST FINISH. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. FINISH.
👀 What’s an idea you had for a fic that you never did anything with?
Once upon a time, a few years ago, I had this idea for a fic called Tunnel Vision. FFXV fic of course, something about the bros are taking a hunt investigating why people are going missing travelling to this out of the way town. They have to get through one of those long concrete tunnels (I have no clue if they have a name lol) to reach the town itself.
When they travel there, they find the tunnel is blocked off by fences and stuff for some reason, so they decide to walk the way there. They're fit and it can't be that far to walk right? BUT, after walking for quite a while, they realise they aren't getting anywhere. The tunnel is endless. They just keep walking on and on and on. So they try going back to the entrance, but WHOOPS that way is endless now too. They're trapped in this tunnel.
And, being the absolute smart bros that they are, they split up into two groups and go in opposite directions. Prompto + Gladio going one direction, Ignis + Noctis going the other. And because they split in different directions and the tunnel is whacky, they end up not finding the other group again.
During their investigations, Noct and Ignis find that there is some kind of daemon in the walls. It's messing with the tunnel and the bros, trying to get them isolated so it can attack. At one point Noct and Ignis also go in separate directions, because why wouldn't you, and they end up losing each other too
I'm being very basic with the descriptions lol, that's what I can remember off the top of my head without pulling up the outline. I had a full on document for it detailing a ton of stuff, but I just never did anything with the fic lol. OH WELL.
The best part about it is that there IS an unused tunnel blocked off by fences in the game, I found it while driving around scouting for the perfect area to set the fic in :OOOO
