A year ago, on March 16, 2022, Russians dropped a bomb on the Drama Theater in Mariupol.
Up to 1,000 civilians hid in the building then, seeking shelter from the daily shelling. As a result of the strike, many of them died — estimates range from 50 to 600. Despite the «ДЕТИ» sign (meaning «CHILDREN» in Russian) in front of the building, the Russian army still attacked and took the lives of many children as well.
A war crime that cannot be forgotten, and lives that cannot be brought back. We will never forget this heartbreaking tragedy 💔 Accountability for the committed war crimes will come.
