Ratchet making drift walk with a plug and a full belly of transfluids then feeds him until he is groaning and hiccuping. Rodimus wants to be in that position.

Rodimus acting all tough and then Ratchet proves to him that he can trust him and relax. Drift is full from Ratchet's handy work. While Rodimus is getting spiked, he and Drift make out since Drift is tired and a little heavy to move so Rodimus wraps his arms around him and touches the very sensitive strained belly.
