Insanity has taken me overrrrrrrrr
Huh, finally managed to do one! Hope this suffices. It was a bit of a challenge and I'd recently come with this concept for a new AU from my TMNT fandom, so this challenge was an excellent excuse to draw something 'outside' of my comfort zone! For that I thank you for this challenge @frejanns-art-challenge!
(I also figured why I kept missing the challenges, my notifications for your blog hadn't been turned on! D'ho!)
These robots and their functions: Round robot: Watchguard, it can spray you with pepper spray and chase you down.
Leggy robot: Films live sports events as it can keep up with the athletes, and is also used to get up close and personal with stuff otherwise deemed too dangerous for humans to get near, like wild animals or extreme weather)
Human-esque robot: Delivers messages, varies from company to company that uses them. Nobody really likes them because they always pop up at the most unexpected times. Bean robot: Companion for sick and injured people in hospitals, acts very much like a dog. _________________
I want the bean robot :’)

I LOVE DRAWING ROBOTS NOW?? THERE'S NO RULES THEY'RE MADE OF MAGIC AND SHIT? THEY CAN LOOK LIKE ANYTHING IT'S SO COOL AND FREEING?!!!
I thought this was gonna be hard because I struggle with consistent shapes. BUT THE RULES ARE FAKE.
This weeks challenge is to draw robots
This weeks theme is drawing robots. It can be any kind of robot, really weird looking ones or more humanoid. I guess its best to leave the range of possibilities wide and include all kinds of robots, like cyborgs and androids as well, just try to make sure you can at least tell its a robot of some kind.
This is a good opportunity to try drawing things like plastic, metal, mechanical stuff, wires, blinking lights.
If you choose to draw an android/human looking robot then it might seem too easy, one challenge can be to try drawing it with some kind of injury or maybe its unfinished, like maybe its missing limbs/parts, so that you still draw some “robotic parts” and not just a person
Good luck!
it frustrates me when parents get on your case about drawing "the same thing all the time". I enjoy drawing giant transforming robots. Sorry I don't enjoy painting flowers and recreating the Last Supper.
