Made some adjustments to this Ellen Joe X DanDaDan piece. Thank you to Jacob and Nathan from @drawfee for the advice they gave me on their art critique class, it was very helpful for noticing some mistakes I tend to make!!

30-50 second gestures <3
Trying to get looser, i haven’t done gesture practice in years (oops) but drawfee’s drawclass was a really good reminder that I should
5 minute figure studies!
Particularly pleased with the bottom left one :)
Thank you to Karina Drawfee for the figure drawing class, and thank you Drawfee for drawclasses in general. I would literally never practice otherwise 😌💕
A quick background (like ~2 hours) that I made during/after watching the Julia Drawfee background drawclass. Based on my own office! There's more I would change and add but I got tired tbh
did some figure drawing along to a @DrawfeeShow vod today and a quick isaac using one of the poses
did the drawclass figure drawing sesh the other day, i like how stuff came out :)
No question, just wanted to say i was watching an older DrawClass and saw your art on there and was like "OOO i know them!!!" ☺️
I love drawfee sm and I know they're immensely popular but until like THE PAST TWO MONTHS I didn't know anyone who watched them! And now I have lots of friends who're sending me this message and 😂
what we're talking about is an art critique led by Drawfee hosts, which I've participated in (twice)! it's from the Drawclass tier of their Patreon, but the Drawfee extra Patreon content becomes available a month or so after it is streamed for patrons.

The Drawclass has been awesome. I honestly don't get to attend the streams often (they happen right in the middle of the work day for me) but I'm so happy to support what they offer through it! Jacob's approach to purposeful practice has been especially helpful:

It was really cool listening to @/dilfosaur do critiques this time around (I didn't submit this time, bc thesis hell)! I can't wait for that one to hit the public feed, it was super helpful to listen to.
I highly recommend Drawfee if you're just starting out, they're super encouraging and watching them is what got me back into art in college after "giving it up forever," unabashed and unironic about making things I wanted to make. Their critique sessions are great for beginner and intermediate artists, and the hosts are amazing about tuning their feedback to what level you're at. They're super kind, and funny, and the community is really lovely.
(sorry Sharpe I turned this into Drawfee advertising ❤️😂 thanks for saying hello!!)
