A kind commissioner gave me money to turn Jessica into a draygon lass

Love how all my crime related OCs have turned into a sort of venomous lizard lol, tho with Jessica is a lil different. I purposely want her to seem almost harmless in comparison to the rest, with a small stinger and jovial personality. She just wanna have fun despite her overbearing brother getting too much in her life.
