Dream tea

7/10 I don't know what's in it or who made it. But it tastes like chamomile and mint, and as far as I can tell, it works.

I hope this review helps all the other people with old tins relabeled as "Dream Tea".

2 parts Rose Petals

1 part Mugwort

1 part Peppermint

1 part Jasmine Flower

Cinnamon (i just break up a cinnamon stick; use a bit more than 1 part)

Making Divining Dream Tea! This blend is to bring dreams that offer insight and peace in regards to difficult questions. -chamomile -rose (just a pinch!) -mugwort -lavender -skullcap Use mortar and pestle to grind herbs into a fine powder. Fill one tea bag, use the leftover blend in a pouch to put under your pillow. Brew with moon water or purified water and drink before bed while meditating on your question. Happy dreaming!
