One of those days when I laugh myself awake in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep again..

I had terrible insomnia last night and when I did finally fall asleep for about 2 hours, I had a dream I was walking along a sandy beach when I came upon a half buried doll house. It seemed like it had at one time been really nice but gotten a little beat up from the pounding waves. I stood there trying to decide if it was worth it to try to pull it out and fix it or just leave it to slowly sink beneath the sand until it vanished completely. I woke up before I made my decision and now I'm haunted by the dilemma. Anyone want to take a stab at a dream interpretation for fun? I once dreamt that

My friend had two sides. One was really passive and peaceful, the other was really hostile and offensive. I don’t remember what we did but we broke some kind of law and ended up in a really bad situation where someone had a gun to her head. They laughed “choose the right words and for the first time in my life, I will try mercy.” And she just replied in the most expressionless tone “ok but like, Mayonnaise on Pizza.” And she died instantly.

Dreams (One word ask)

I used to keep a dream journal, that my brothers and sisters then confiscated (no, I don’t know why). I still remember some of the dreams I had as a kid, mainly the nightmares. These days I don’t remember as much, for some reason, but the ones I try to remember I treasure.
