I have a truly embarrassing confession to make. Friday the 13th is coming up, and...I’m a little triskaidekaphobic. No lie. Long ago, stories about the old superstition got muddled up with my OCD, and to this day whenever I look at a digital clock and the minute reads “13,” I have to stop whatever I’m doing and watch the clock until the minute changes. My OCD isn’t nearly as bad as it once was, but somehow, this silly little ritual stuck. So, there’s some personal significance in me releasing a big project on this date.
