I’ve really been missing my brother, Dream, recently, despite all of the conflict between us after my corruption. Something about us getting along or working through our past would be really nice.

'You don't understand why he even wants to look at you any more, let alone talk to you, let alone try and make things better. "It'll never be exactly how it was." You tell him. Dream smiles. He always smiles. It's a radiant smile. You wonder if he ever feels sad. Maybe he's just good at hiding it. He takes your hand again, firmer this time, your skeletal hands locked, finger to finger. Is that the tiniest hint of tears? Are creatures like you even able to cry? Should you cry? You're tired of crying. The hint of a tear is gone. "You're my brother, Nightmare. I understand you more than you think. I'm here. You're okay. We're okay." You turn your head down. You can hear whispers of doubt in your head, things you think others will say. 'Dream is a fool for still believing in them. ' 'After all the pain and misery he caused...' 'Should just strike him down before they...' and all of these thoughts are erased as Dream hugs you tightly. It almost burns. The burning is good. You steady yourself. Time to try again.'

yknow what sucks

i am kin of allister, heart, and passive / night (pokemon, cccc, and Dreamtale / Utmv respectively). i keep kinning purple characters. and in 2/3 of them, i have memories of being a fucking ghost. heart is the only kind where i was never a ghost, but even then, i was part of a system, so there was also a feeling of being in the backseat whenever we weren’t split physically (my canon was weird).

why do i have memories of being a ghost as Allister? why — why was that a thing?

oh! and yknow what’s fun? i can be in shifts of allister and heart at the same time, and cry over like three different things!! that’s. so cool. and fun. cool. fun. yeah. cool.

After Sans won the Tumblr Sexyman poll over on Twitter, somebody made one for the Undertale AUs. I’m one of the options, which makes sense considering how popular my home universe is.

The thing is, there’s been pretty much no conversation about any of the votes EXCEPT for the ones involving me, and it’s definitely strange seeing all of this from a fictionkin perspective.

I know I’m popular in the fandom and that a lot of people find me attractive, but this is definitely a lot more than I ever expected to see. Like, #nightmaresweep is actually a tag now and I see people on my following page kinda arguing over who’s better/hotter, me or Cross (that’s the current vote at the time of typing this), and I don’t know how to feel.

On one hand, it’s nice to know people like me (even if they don’t know that I’m, well, me) considering how hated I was by the multiverse back then and how I’m seen as weird now, but its still strange, especially since I’m aroace-spec in this life, and I’m pretty sure I was back then too-
