Halo

Trying to get back to posting more. I’ve been doing a lot more painterly images and focusing on light and I’m really enjoying it!

I’m pretty proud of this one especially since from start to finish it took me about an hour.

I wanted to try and play around with some more painterly techniques in Photoshop. This was really a lot of fun! Mina from BNHA/MHA since I wanted to try painting a not typical skin color.

I know haven’t uploaded in quite a long time, but that’s set to be changing soon! I’ve got some longer term projects I’ve been working on that are about ready to start popping up so look out for them!

~Disclaimer: Please do not use sparklers as hair pieces. I have never tried it, but I imagine the risk of setting your head on fire wouldn’t be worth the aesthetic.~

It’s been awhile!

I finally got my tablet back out again, so here’s a semi-realistic portrait of Pidge from Voltron!

Just for fun here are a bunch of thumbnails I did when I was working on my piece for the @mlcalendarproject.

There were more than just this, but these were some of my favorites. I might still go back and adapt a few of them both for fun and since I like the designs.

My month was May, hence the may pole (and flower crowns cause why the heck not?)!

I went ahead and hid two canon characters in the background (other than Alya and Nino, thank you) if you want to look for them. ‘Hid’ is a loose term in this case.
