I’m thinking dressy/casual or business casual. I get where you’re going with it though. I would think of it as me in shorts and the shirt I wore last night, glasses, and a book in my hand.

wikipedia says that the term is "ill-defined" :D (yes, agree). I get the "casual" but why "smart"? I can look smart in a onesie too because I WEAR GLASSES! *lol*

But I think they mean: I can wear a nice dark jeans and a blouse together with a pair of brogues ;)

Gladly. Honestly though, would you trade one extreme for the other? I much prefer layering up to sweating all day long. :P

Yeah, there were a few days of rain here and there and...that was it. This winter was mild even by normal standards. No wonder the state is in a perpetual drought.

Haha, it's not SO bad but I think we're warmer than the rest of the U.S. at the moment. Just gotta hold on until the weekend. Then, it's definitely pool time.

At first I was like Nope but now I'm like, ok maybe. So don't be scared, my reasons for that nope are personal but i guess the ok maybe is actually logical and makes sense when you think about it... i'm still confused lol.
