This is a stunning #drink @Regranned from @craftedmixology - This cocktail looks awesome. The color and use of different flavors has us very interested. - Electric Lemonade ---------- 1 1/2 oz Hop Vodka 4 oz homemade lemonade* 2 oz blue cold brew** . (INSTRUCTIONS) In a highball glass filled with ice, add Hop Vodka & lemonade and stir. Float the blue cold brew on top. . *Lemonade 1 part simple syrup ( 1/2 part cane sugar, 1/2 part water ) 1 part fresh lemon juice 2 part water Combine, stir and Chill. . **Blue Cold Brew 1 thumb sized piece of ginger, sliced thin 4 mint leaves, torn or 1 mint tea bag 1/8 cup Butterfly Pea Flowers Combine all ingredients with 2 L of cold water, and allow to steep for 24 hours and up to 72 hours. What a stunning presentation #drink @Regranned from @craftedmixology - There is so much going on with this one. Looks too good to drink. - Shichi-mi Old Fashioned ---------- 2 oz Hibiki Harmony Japanese whisky ⅜ oz shichi-mi tōgarashi sesame orgeat 2 dashes Angostura bitters ・ Stir with ice and strain into a masu box over a 2-inch ice cube. Garnish the top of the ice cube with shichi-mi. ・ * Shichi-mi Tōgarashi Sesame Orgeat ---------- 14 g toasted white sesame seeds 14 g toasted black sesame seeds 7 g sansho pepper 7 g coriander seeds 5 g fresh ground ginger 1 g sea salt 2 g crushed red chili pepper 20 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao 207 ml water 195 g sugar ・ Blend sesame, sansho, coriander, ginger and salt with sugar and water for 30 seconds. Heat in a pot and add pepper flakes; stirring until you can taste the spiciness.
