Walking Simulator
This is a weird game.
It’s a walking simulator- you quite literally can do nothing but walk, although I think some trophies associated with the game are missable if you don’t direct your character in the right direction and go through the right area.
If there’s a story or lore here- and I think there is supposed to be one- I couldn’t find it.
The main appeal of this game, I think, is the scenery- and it is beautiful, and unsettling as well. There are weird bodies hidden underwater, the lighting is absolutely eerie in a few levels, and at one point I’m pretty sure you walk through the gates of Hell?
The game is $6.99 on the PlayStation Store (I’m might have gotten it for slightly cheaper during a sale) and I think for what it is, it’s not bad, but also doesn’t offer much as a game. I don’t think it was supposed to beyond a pretty and unsettling experience, but at maybe 40 minutes of gameplay for such a cheap priceI also don’t think it’s that big of a loss.
