If I use Redirect on a modal spell, say Kolahgan's Command, when I am choosing new targets can I also re-pick the modes used?

No.

You can never re-select modes for a copied or re-targeted modal spell.

So many. I will say that, when I was really young, I was obsessed with Blue's Clues.

Breakfast Club was pretty good, I loved Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Goonies and Ghostbusters.
