I love that other people love Ody3, and don't get me wrong, me too.

But

Doctor Odyssey is primarily, like, a sensory experience for me. The pacing is atrocious!!! I do not accurately perceive time when watching this show. Time is long and short. It's a week, it's an hour.

As someone with a basic knowledge of sailing, it hurts to watch. The writers constantly have this ship on the verge of breaking maritime law. The Odyssey's bridge appears to not have proper back up batteries... they were dead in the water for however fucking long and couldn't/wouldn't send out a distress signal. I know they have to for the Drama but just. They really say SOLAS whomst?

Also... like gold filigree Bluetooth pulse oximeter???? The pills are in gold and ceramic bottles? Are the ships cryogenic chambers ever going to be relevant again or was that just so Max could get a little bicurious with it Once?

I know I'm not supposed to actually think about DrOdy but if you try to apply a single 0.5oz dose of logic to it, it melts my brain in a kinda pleasant way.
