Day 3 of the Drop 10 Workout...
I've been suffering from a constant sinus headache for like 5 days now, so it's actually a real struggle to be motivated to do anything but lay in bed, and my legs are so sore. I don't think I've ever done this many lunges or squats in my life! The soreness feels good because it's a constant reminder that I'm doing everything I can to reach my goal, and I'm actually already noticing that my booty is improving! Haha. But all aside, this is pretty intense! It isn't that long of a workout, but the effects of it are insane! I'm still VERY skeptical about if it will actually make me lose 10lbs in 14 days, but I'm definitely noticing my body is feeling a lot firmer and stronger, so we'll see!
