Maybe you're not yet committed to doing a 3 month workout plan. Start out with two weeks the "drop 10" workout, its AWSOME. Combine it with another daily workout and you'll see results in 2 weeks! Especially, if you're eating clean! Veggie Lover's Wrap
In a small skillet over medium-high heat, saute 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms in 1 tsp olive oil, 2 minutes.
Add 4 oz crumbled tempeh, 1/3 cup shredded carrots, 1/8 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce; saute until veggies are soft and golden, 4 minutes.
Wrap mushroom-tempeh mixture in a 10 inch whole grain tortilla w/ 1 leaf romaine and 3 tomato slices.
THIS WAS SO DELICIOUS! DEF. making again
Mega Greens Smoothie
In a blender, process 1 cup spinach, 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1 small frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen pineapple bites, 1/4 avocado, 1 tbsp parsley and 2 tsp olive oil until smooth.

Dinner: Roast Port w/ Cherry Chutney, Asparagus and Barley
Snack: Cucumbers, pita, and lemon-garlic yogurt dip
Exercise: 1 hr of The Dailey Method - Barre workout
Rosemary Lemon Chicken w/ Roasted Broccoli and Potatoes
In a bowl, combine 6 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt w/ 1 chopped garlic clove, 1 tsp fresh rosemary, 2 tsp fresh lemon juice, zest of 1/2 lemon and a dash of salt and black pepper,. Marinate a 4 oz skinless chicken thigh in 1/2 the yogurt sauce, 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl (ceramic oven proof bowl), toss 1 cup quartered baby potatoes and 1 cup broccoli (I didn't have, so I used mushrooms and spinach) w/ 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary; Roast, stir occasionally until potatoes are tender 20 min or so.
On a grill or grill pan, cook chicken, turning once until cooked through, 6 minutes per side. Top w remaining 1/2 yogurt sauce; serve w/ potatoes and veggies.
BOMBBBBB DINNER. Even had a ton of leftovers!
Sweet Peach Smoothie
In a blender, process, 2 cups peach slices, 3 oz silken tofu (1/3 cup cubes) 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter, 1/ 8 tsp ground turmeric, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 cup ice on high until smooth.
YUM!

Snack: Pear w/ Ginger Almond Butter
