In the wake of Mishas latest tweet its come to my attention that there are some people who've never heard of dropbears.

Theyre carnivorous koalas, and they are fierce. Everyone knows to watch out for the spiders and the snakes in Australia, but too many tourists come here totally unaware of the dropbears, and they just go walking around underneath gum trees with no protection whatsoever. Its a genuine hazard. Thanks, Misha, for the opportunity to educate.

If drop bears only drop, then how do they get back up the tree? Do they drop upwards since Australia is upside down?

dude have you seen their claws? they've got no issue climbing up trees like they have no issue ripping off your face...
