Today's SPN sketch features an OC of mine! One of my oldest! The spider beast/spider monster Droth.

Some sketches of what he looks like + info:

He is less a common monster and more like an eldritch god. Absolutely humongous really. There's others like him with different mask faces but he's like the matriarch sorta. They all dwell very deep in a cave no one's been to before and just sorta chill there (since the creation of earth) until called upon. If you have an interesting proposition or contract, he might allow you to use him or his flock for a little while. Only cost a few hundred thousand souls at best if he's feeling generous.

PS: The spider legs in that one full body drawing are attached wrong, I was too lazy to look up reference lol

Also even though his creation was 15 or so years ago I think, he's only gotten a name in 2024 :-D

Why a monster OC like this? Well, when I was young and full of anger over injustice I used to love drawing monsters that would tear the people apart that I despised. It genuinely calmed me down. He was my favourite.

Tried to make another Droth in Team Skull colors, this one turned out quite the opposite of the last. The blues and the pink swallowed up the black and created some gorgeous striping.
