The first time they were drunk together
Stumbling inside and slamming the door shut with a giggle, Greg pressed himself against Mycroft, pushing the taller man backwards into the door to claim a messy kiss.
Mycroft made a sound somewhere between a purr and a whine, and Greg smiled. That sound was one of his favorites.
Gregory gave a smile that felt wicked enough, but when he tried to step away and had to lean on the wall in order to remain upright he figured the effect might have been ruined a bit. But no matter. He drug Mycroft into the library, the room with the largest furniture-free space in front of a fireplace.
It took a few tries and a lot of laughing from the both of them, but they eventually managed to start a fire, Mycroft's hands slightly steadier and willing to help even though Greg hadn't told him what they were going to do. He stood and tugged the taller man to his feet as well, both of them clinging to the other's hands and arms as a means of retaining their balance.
"'Kay. I wanna see you strip." Greg tried to look commanding, but admitted freely that he was probably not managing it very well, what with the way his entire body felt like a puppet barely supported by the strings of his mind.
Surprisingly, Mycroft didn't even try to argue. He blushed a brighter red than the alcohol-induced color already in his cheeks, but began shrugging out of his overcoat.
"N-Nnn. Wait. Music." He looked around, but there was only one stereo in the room and it was all the way over... there. Corner. He shrugged and cleared his throat. I used to sing. How hard could this be. Greg thought for a minute, but couldn't actually remember the beginning lyrics to any song.
"Music?" Mycroft repeated after the silence stretched beyond a pause.
"Yeah." He furrowed his brow, and then began to laugh, his head dropping back slightly. He sounded absolutely smashed even to his own ears. He let his tongue trace his lower lip and watched as Mycroft's attention zeroed in on that, expression hazy. "M'kay. Got it. Stand there- jusssssst..." He sank down into the nearest chair and stared openly, grinning widely in anticipation.
"Waiting," Mycroft reminded him, overcoat mostly off but still covering one hand. He looks so perfect.
"Mhmmm..." He cleared his throat. "OOoohhh you gonnnna take m'home t'night..." Oh god that was terribly off-beat. Eh well. Mycroft got it.
The younger man was trying to play along with Greg's silly request, but he was already stuck in his jacket, one of the buttons done even though he'd gotten both sleeves off. His overcoat lay in a puddle at his feet as he stared confusedly down at the button that had yet to get with the program.
Greg couldn't help his laugh before he continued, "Dowwwwwn bezide that re' firelllight!"
"G-Gregory" Mycroft giggled, arms pinned behind his back as he fought with his waistcoat and his shirt at once. "Greg-ory- help- 'M caught in m' w-aaaistc-oat"
Greg ignored his plea, sniggering and moving on. "Y'gonna leeet it aalllllll hang'out-"
Mycroft was trying, but mostly he was flailing.
