Back in 1998, Hands of Spirit had been in business for 3 years. Karen decided to start setting up a booth at some of the local rock shows. This is one of our early booth designs. Even back then, we displayed everything by color and instead of laying out flats with rocks as was the common practice, we took the crystals out of the boxes to lay in the table. This was unheard of at the time and is still looked on as “odd” today by many specimen dealers. I will say, that it is amazing to see over the past 20 plus years however, how many more vendors take their crystals out of the flats at shows now. Funny how little things like this can be such a big deal. It’s been a blast to see the changes in the business since we started all those years ago.
