Avocado Toast came from a large family of ponies, and very wealthy at that. His mother Velvet Rose and his step-father Sunbeam Trotter being successful businessponies. He was raised spoiled, but he still had responsibilities.

Avocado is the older brother of twelve younger sisters (most being his step-sisters), so despite being treated like a celebrity at times he still felt he had to help out with them.

One year Avocado's family went on a boating trip, and unbeknownst to him when he had gotten off the boat to go on an adventure alone, one of his youngest sisters followed him off and she went missing. Since then, with the permission from his step-father, he took a boat and start sailing around the world in search for his sister. This is what finally earned him his cutie mark!

Somehow, all twelve of his sisters went missing, and while his parents told him to give up he never did. He was determined to find them all, even if it took his entire life.

But he didn't want to waste away what time he had, so why not settle down for a little while and go to school? He certainly had the money to.

But when he got to Hope's Peak Academy, he didn't expect he and his classmates to get trapped there! What could a bear want with their talents and abilities!?
