Ramping up a special dry cured bacon for the American Royal BBQ competition this weekend. Maple, brown sugar, honey, thyme, garlic, kosher salt and @jriegercoKansas City Whiskey. 

After they're cured and smoked they'll become strips of delicious lacquered "Pig Candy" with Aleppo pepper and a medley of other sweet, heat and savory flavors.
