Meet: @abillions and I’ve lost 197lbs with diet and exercise. I started my natural weightloss journey in Feb 17 @ 403lbs I had a coworker who was living her lifestyle out loud. There was a bootcamp at her gym and she asked if I wanted to go. Of course I did not, I was scared and uneasy about it. But, she kept planting little seeds and watering them, she encouraged me and said that I could do it! Once I finished bootcamp I was hungry for more, so I signed up for CrossFit. I am motivated by watching others around me succeed. I am also motivated by not being able to do something and then working hard to achieve it. I am still on my journey, and I always will be, it’s never ending and there is always something new to achieve in life. It took me a long time to love this body. But, this is the only body I will ever have and it has done so much for me over the years. I can’t help but fall more in love with it every day. Starting tip: Find accountability and remember consistency is key.
