44:03!!!! That was my official completion time of the #drytri 2000M row, 300 strength reps, finished with a 5k!! A typical goal for SPLAT points for a 60 min OT class is 12-24, I got 45 in less than 45 min! WOW 😃 What was in the strength: 2 rounds of: 20 push-ups, 20 butt-to-bench squats, 40 step ups, 20 burbees, 30 over-the-bench jumps, and 20 plank-jacks 😭 it was death! My 5k time was 25. I'm so proud of myself! After the first mile, I was so scared of how I was going to push through for 2.1 more--if you slowed to a walk, you would be disqualified. My legs were dying and my lungs were on fire! But I dug deeper and used the two amazing ladies @daniellelawrie5 and @mollyhaines33 who were next to me to keep me going! Molly finished at 39 and Danielle crushed-it with 42. 💪🏻🏃🏼☠️ #orangetheoryfitness
