Presented With Options
I received another acceptance letter, this on to Dance Theatre of Harlem School for Fall/Spring season. I'm grateful to have options between opportunities. I have not responded to them. But, I remembered tonight a moment when Sabine Phillipe, director of Dansez Dansez, told me: "when in doubt always go back to Russian technique." I am really enjoying being at VKDCNY and it has only been a week so far. I also remember them telling me at VKDCNY that if I do well in their program, I will be able to dance anywhere in the world. I need this kind of leverage for my classical ballet aspirations. Regardless, I am happy so many directors, ballet masters and schools are recognizing my talent and potential.
