My least favorite part of the German DTZ exam is the part where you have to compare something in Germany and in the country you're from.
It's especially wonderful when you come from a country that's being torn apart by war (which is not even an exception for Ukrainians, most of the people in our course are from countries where there is a war in one way or another), and have to answer to such, uh. seemingly normal questions. How do weddings are celebrated in your country? How are the weekends? Where do people go on vacation?
Really? Fucking really?
It doesn't help at all that just thinking about the country I'm from makes me feel hellishly anxious and panicky.
Fucking hell.
