Well, Momma Wood Duck made all her ducklings take the leap this afternoon from the maple in the neighbor’s yard and it did not go as planned because their path to Coon Lake is blocked by a big ol party in the other neighbor’s backyard. So she had to send all her babies around front of my house and the other neighbor’s house which then was met by the across the street neighbor’s cat, Ollie. So she and the babies took cover under the other neighbor’s front porch and took off near the far neighbor’s fence where the big dogs were out.
