I made a cross-stitch VHS tape a couple years ago, and thought it needed a friend! My last one was a tape full of Gargoyles episodes, so this one is a tape full of Space Ghost: Coast to Coast episodes! I started it at the beginning of the year and worked on it off and on all year as the urge took me. Maybe I'll do a third some day?

The phrase "nothing prances like a pony" has lived in my head rent free for about 24 years. I had very specific memory of the Space Ghost Coast to Coast website, where it had this phrase and then a link that showed a highly saturated gif of ponies falling off the Golden Gate Bridge.

Well, today I FINALLY went to the internet archive to prove that I didn't hallucinate this whole thing.

Back in Dec 2001 on the Space Ghost Coast to Coast website there was, in fact, a sidebar that said "Space Ghost's invincible super site featuring: Prancing Ponies."

And there it was: Nothing prances like a pony. And when you click the link it was just as I remembered. The gif of my dreams.

Before Horse Plinko, there was nothing prances like a pony. And I can't believe how accurate my memory was of this 24 year old silly thing. I wish I could shake the hand of whoever was the webmaster of this site. You knew what you were doing, and 24 years later this still makes me so happy.
