Only a Few Hours Left!

You only have a few hours left until your fan work is due to the collection! If you're done and haven't gotten it turned in yet, please take a few moments to do so. If you need any help with uploading to the collection, please don't hesitate to PM me at ladydeathfaerie and I'll be hapy to help!

The Deadline is Approaching

Hi there, everyone!

This is just a quick note to let you all know that the due date for your POC fan work is coming up fast. You have just three short days to finish up your story, art, or podfic and get it loaded up to the collection. For those that need reminding, the due date is July 17.

We realize that things come up and that real life can get in the way, so if you aren't sure you can finish by then, please contact the admin! It is important that we know if we need to grant a short extension or assign a pinch hitter. You can reach us here at our tumblr, our Livejournal, or our Dreamwidth.

Writer’s Summaries are coming Due

Writers your summaries are due on July 8th, which is Tuesday (a little less than a week away). We need the summary and a 200 word snippet from your pieces for the artists to be able to use in the claiming process. You should all have an email explaining what is needed in more detail. If for some reason the email did not reach you, please let us know.

Also your Rough Drafts will be due on the 11th.

Artists, the claiming process will begin on the 14th.
