Blueberry Muffin Tea: Tell me a memory which makes you smile.When we were about 17, Jessie (my best friend) and I competed at a talent show at the state fair. We were going to perform dueling fiddles. We wore these matching western shirts with rhinestones (and I was picking those rhinestones off the whole time- I am not a rhinestones person).
Anyway, we got up on stage to perform and the building’s fire alarm went off. The whole building was evacuated. Soon the alarm was cleared and we went back to the stage. We got about halfway in before the alarm went off again. Jessie, @wardfinder, made jokes about how our performance was “on fire” and got the audience to laugh. That alarm went off one or two more times before we managed to finish the performance. It seems the alarm wanted to duel as well.

Chai: Where do you want to travel next?Arizona. I want to take Emily (my wife) to see the Grand Canyon. I grew up in the area and have been to the canyon a few times, but I’ve never made it to the bottom and she’s never been there at all. Hoping to do that over the summer.
