Dugger was a dwarf originally associated with the Hubatt Corsairs, a group that had styled themselves to be the Robin Hoods of Jrusar. He worked largely in the Smolder Spire, the hub for Jrusar's mining industry. About six months prior to Bells Hells' encounter, Dugger started getting weird.

Does anyone else find it really suspicious that the Corsairs knew Dugger( a creeper) and are presumably the ones who told Cyrus about Lady Emon (also a creeper). Something tells me they know a LOT more than they’re letting on...

C3E2 the party was fighting Dugger for the first time, in the Weary Way inn. They know nothing about him at this point except that he's a sallow faced dwarf who has apparently been stealing brumestone
