Nicknames: Hm. We’ll just go with one. Mad Thom. Truthfully, more alter ego than nickname. There’s a story there, and I’m not going to tell it; thereby, making it seem potentially far more interesting than it is.


Zodiac: I don’t believe in astrology, but there is entertainment value in it. I am a Sagittarius on the cusp of Scorpio in the Greek. I am Year of the Rat in Chinese. I am the Reed in Celtic Tree.


Sexual Orientation: Bisexual.

Favorite fruit(s): I love fruit pretty hard. At the end of the day though, I enjoy a good tart apple quite a lot. A Winesap or Stayman-Winesap apple is my favorite.

Favorite season: Autumn. The harvest, the cool weather, my local renaissance festival, Halloween.

Favorite book: Impossible to answer. That said, I love Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files series and Neil Gaiman’s American Gods.

Favorite flower: Sunflowers and assorted wildflowers. Gotta love a meadow in spring.

Favorite animal?: My first favorite animal was the mountain gorilla. Then I was into Kodiak brown bears and gray wolves because I was a suburban teenage boy in the late 90′s. I’ve been on a real turtle kick lately, terrapins and box turtles. Guess I just can’t decide.


Coffee, tea, or hot cocoa?: Tea. Always tea. Green or Earl Grey.

Cat or dog person: 60-40 Dog person. Have both at the moment.

Favorite tumblr: I don’t have favorites. Every time I have a favorite they either close up shop or I say something, they don’t respond, it’s weird.


Dream trip?: The entire Mediterranean by sail ship. Three, four months on the coasts of Spain, Greece, Italy, Egypt...
